We want to educate you and your staff on those hazards specific to the Midwest and your location, and taught be an expert that has seen and experienced it all personally.

Most currently available generic training materials contain the same instructional content, regardless of whether they are taught in California, Texas, Indiana, or Maine. While competent, the instructors for many of the training courses often lack the specialized knowledge of a meteorologist who fully understands the thermodynamics and kinematics of the atmosphere and has personally issued forecasts and warnings that saved lives. Generic training often misses the mark when it comes to regional and local hazards such as:

Lake-effect snow - Behaves differently, specific to the lake it develops on, wind direction, temperature and moisture

Midwest winter and ice storms - Wet snow or dry snow, impacts of each on roads, utilities, plowing, etc.
